Broke to be Rich

-Was broke nowadays, hav to pay for my referral exam, print for assngments, etc... Out of budget to buy spraycans, the color of the left over is not wat i wan. Doing some sketch via Adobe Illustrator cs2. This is wat I get, wit the title "ShiNoBi goes to Vandal".
